White collar boxing – London based mixed classes
MEN AND WOMEN, BEGINNERS, ALL WELCOMED TO ATTEND, TRAIN LIKE PRO 2hr WORKOUT, FIGHT LIKE A PRO
If you are a complete beginner but want to train as a fighter with the possibility of competing in boxing competitions this is the class for you. You will learn technique, join sparring sessions and do regular strength and conditioning training. There will be competitions every 8-10 weeks (optional) and as soon as coaches feel you are ready you will have the opportunity to be matched for these white collar competitions.
Warm-up, Skipping, shadow boxing, basic punch combinations, head and body sparring, heavy bag workout, focus mitts, slipping and rolling, partner drills, abs and core work, ground work, stretching, plus much more… Come join Miguel’s White Collar Boxing Gym, South London

WHITE COLLAR SPARRING AND TECHNIQUE – CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS
Monday – Wednesday – Friday : 8pm – 9pm
Sunday: 1pm – 3pm
Kit needed: boxing gloves, gum shields , ropes, bandages. gloves provided, normal gym wear

2-3 Rounds Double-end Bag
1-2 Rounds Stretching/warmdown/technique.
