Muay Thai or also known as Thai boxing is the ultimate whole body work out using every single muscle in your body, in truly functional ways through a combination of punches, elbows, knees, kicks and fun in the way exercise should be!
During all this you’ll also be learning a phenomenal form of self-defence as Muay Thai is regarded as the toughest sport in the world and its why UFC and Cage fighters predominately use Muay Thai as their stand up strategy because of it’s devastating attacks.

12.30pm: Fighters Only Muay Thai (1.5hrs)
7pm: K1 Class (1.5hrs)

6pm: Women’s Only Class
8pm: Mixed Level Pads (members only)

11am: Muay Thai – All Levels
12.30pm: Fighters Only Muay Thai (1.5hrs)
5pm: Kids Muay Thai (6-13yrs / £5 per child)
7pm: Basics Muay Thai
