Muay Thai or also known as Thai boxing is the ultimate whole body work out using every single muscle in your body, in truly functional ways through a combination of punches, elbows, knees, kicks and fun in the way exercise should be!
During all this you’ll also be learning a phenomenal form of self-defence as Muay Thai is regarded as the toughest sport in the world and its why UFC and Cage fighters predominately use Muay Thai as their stand up strategy because of it’s devastating attacks.

7pm: Muay Thai for Beginners
6.30pm: Group Run (optional) 7pm: Muay Thai Drills, 8pm: Sparring (fighters)
10am – 11am: Muay Thai for Beginners, 11.15am: Group Run (optional) 11.45am: Sparring, 12.45pm: Bag Blast
11am: Group Run (optional) 11.30am: Muay Thai Pads, 12.30pm Sparring (optional)
