Clients suffering with weight issues are often going round in circles, frustrated and angry and searching for a way out. Boxing is not only one of the best ways to tone up and burn fat but it is also a cathartic stress reliever which can aid the release of pent up tension and emotions which we all carry around day to day.
Boxing is one of the few static cardio workouts that are safe for those with joint problems often associated with obesity.
Through research, client experiences and a sympathetic understanding of the consequences of living with obesity we are offering an exercise program that we feel will compliment any nutritional or medical plan that sufferers may be undertaking.
For clients who have not come to us from a medical referral and are just taking their first steps to recovery our complete package not only offers a tailor made fitness programme but a personal consultation with our sports nutritionist. She will construct a safe nutritionally balanced diet plan.
We offer a juice detox programme which cleanses your body of all toxins before starting to diet and exercise. Juicing is a great way to kick start a diet and to give your body the energy and vitamins you will need to safely exercise and recover healthily.
Our BOB programme will take care of the 3 key elements you need to safely achieve a healthy weight and to maintain it – diet, exercise and mental wellbeing.
Our friendly and compassionate staff have experience not only with over weight clients but also those suffering from eating disorders and mental heath problems. We work along side any other health professionals to ensure that clients are receiving the best treatment and the most effective treatment for them.
24hour mentoring means that clients have minimal pressure and don’t have to take on too much pressure or worry about self motivation. Our team consists of trainers, nutritionists, life coaches and sports mentors. We will be committed to your success and always at the end of the phone when times get tough.
