Physically demanding, mentally engaging and a fun challenge, boxing classes can be used for FITNESS or sport. Our boxing classes are designed for MEN and WOMEN of all ages and fitness levels!
BAG HALL: BEGINNERS MIXED BOXING DRILLS / CIRCUITS CLASS
Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm-7pm / 7pm-8pm
RING ROOM: MIXED ADVANCE BOXING DRILLS / CIRCUITS CLASS
Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm-7pm / 7pm-8pm
BAG HALL: WOMEN ONLY BOXING CLASS
Tuesday: 6pm-7pm / 8pm-9pm
Thursday: 8pm-9pm
£10 per session or £90 for a block of 10 sessions.
Gloves provided , normal gym wear
