The aim of this Circuit based class, is to help people of all fitness levels enjoy their training and get the best results from every work out in an encouraging, sociable environment.
Circuit classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels as each exercise can be tailored accordingly. Essentially you work as hard as you can with the limitless possibilities of exercises, you can guarantee that you will not get bored!
Circuit classes can help to improve general fitness levels, health & wellbeing, and help you lose weight and tone up. They are a fantastic idea if you are having a dip in motivation, if you want to up your training before an event, or if you are looking to add some variety to your usual exercise routine.
Our challenging workouts give clients visible results that inspire them to come back week after week. To build strength and burn calories efficiently we alternate between cardio and strength training including skipping, burpees, squats, lunges, box bumps, weight training, kettle bells, push ups, chin ups, sit ups and much much more.
